Suppose we argue the following, that the myth of the golem represents an expression of the principle by which we live by its inverse logic of beginning from that which is ‘dead’. Here you might say: to exist is not to be alive because to be alive something that doesn’t exist must be in force, that is, a myth. The myth is needed if the existence of the world is to be a living existence according to the logic that is implied.
